The location of this excellent value hotel was AWESOME, on the river. The room was new-fashioned and overlooked river.
The staff was very rude.

The room was nice, it had four beds and there were lots of breakfast options available nearby. Rewritten: the room was good, with four beds, and there were plenty of breakfast choices around.

Enjoyed the river views from the bar and loved the convenience of having a restaurant and terrace within the hotel. The tour desk helped me arrange some activities, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
Who needs a safety night light or a properly functioning door? Not me, apparently!

The rooms here are super spacious and brand-new, featuring a terrace, balcony, and even a kitchen - talk about convenience! At US$143, not bad at all. Plus, the hotel is in a prime spot, right next to a tasty restaurant and a cool bridge 🌉.

The food at the bar/restaurant was amazing, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The hostal room on the first floor was spacious and had lots of natural light. Despite a few issues with the toilets and showers, overall it was a comfortable stay. The location of the property was perfect, right at the entrance of the town. The bed was super comfortable and the pilgrim food was delicious. The shower had hot water and though the heater in our room wasn't working, they provided plenty of blankets to keep us cozy. The check-in process was easy, but it would've been better if there was always someone at reception. Our room, though noisy, was clean and spacious, and conveniently located next to the elevator. The restaurant had great food and a variety of affordable pilgrim menus to choose from. it was a very pleasant stay with lots of positive aspects.

Despite being busy, the staff still manages to attend to guests in a timely manner, ensuring a satisfactory experience.
The noise from the bar located above the rooms can be quite disruptive, potentially affecting a peaceful night's sleep.

The location of the hotel was terrific, right in the heart of the town and close to all the key attractions. the convenience of being able to explore the area without having to travel long distances was a definite plus. the staff at the hotel were quite helpful and accommodating. They did their best to assist with any issues I had, even though there were quite a few.
Beds were so uncomfortable, I woke up feeling like I had been run over by a truck. the mattresses were thin and provided no support whatsoever.

The staff was accommodating and friendly. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The location of the hotel was very convenient and accessible.
Some rooms had poor soundproofing, which made it difficult to sleep. The noise from the restaurant and other guests made it hard to get a good night's rest.
